Process Control Engineering and Visualisation
In the field of process control engineering HELL attaches particular importance to flexibility, openness and consistency. The products that are used are either commercially available or adapted by us to the respective plant. These modifications are carried out with the help of hard- and software developed by our own specially trained engineers. Our wide-ranging experience in combining automation with switchgear construction, measurement and control technology and installation is an enormous benefit. With our considerable experience, expertise and detailed planning we are able to adapt our customers' plant perfectly to their special requirements - equipped with all the options required for the future. And here too, our principle of "everything from one source" applies.
The software is of a modular structure and is characterised by the clear and intuitive user interface. In this way HELL ensures that specific processes can be visualised precisely. Core aspects are the recording, clear depiction and monitoring of the current process and plant status and process operation, and last but not least data logging and archiving.
HELL also offer additional functions beyond the basic configuration, such as the possibility of optimising energy costs (double computer systems, network and automation redundancies, database applications or even integration in ERP systems, WEB applications, etc.). Why not make use of HELL's special expertise - to your own advantage!
The only communication standard that is used is the one that is suitable for solving the respective process control and automation task - in the form of open communication through standardised networks, simple serial data links (V24, RS485), decentralised bus systems or standardised protocols which guarantee a rapid and secure exchange of data.
